Max Cam Scanner by Max-Q Studio
Delete your account & data
You can delete your Max Cam Scanner account at any time. If you only used the app as a guest, there is no account: uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes everything.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open Max Cam Scanner and go to Account.
- Under Danger zone, tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, tick both boxes (including the subscription note), type DELETE and wait for the 10-second countdown.
- Tap Delete permanently. Your account and its data are removed right away.
Option 2: by email
- Email scanner.support@maxqstudio.dev from the Google account address you use.
- Use the subject "Max Cam Scanner - Delete account".
- We may ask you to confirm from the same address, then complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (the Firebase account linked to your Google account), name, email, and profile photo.
- Workspaces you own, with all their files and members' access.
- Your membership in other people's workspaces. Files you uploaded there stay with that workspace until an Owner or Editor deletes them.
- Invites you sent or received.
What is not affected
- Scans and files on your phone. Delete them in the app or uninstall it to remove them.
- Ad data managed by Google under Google's policies. You can reset your advertising ID in your phone settings.
- A Pro subscription (if any) is not cancelled automatically. Cancel it in Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions.
Deletion is permanent and workspace files cannot be restored.
