Terms and Conditions
By downloading, accessing, or using SaldoSehat, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. App purpose
SaldoSehat helps you record and review personal finance information, including income, expenses, wallets, targets, budgets, loans, receivables, exports, backups, and related summaries.
SaldoSehat is not a bank, digital wallet provider, investment service, loan provider, pay-later service, credit-scoring service, insurance service, tax advisor, accountant, or official financial advisor. Your financial decisions remain your responsibility.
2. Your records and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and security of the information you enter into the app. Review your records before relying on them for any financial or personal decision.
You are also responsible for protecting your device, Google account, app access, export files, backup files, screenshots, and any copies of your data.
3. Local storage and data loss
Main SaldoSehat data is stored locally on your device. If the app is uninstalled, app data is cleared, or the device is lost, damaged, reset, or replaced, your data may be lost unless you created and retained a separate export or backup.
SaldoSehat does not guarantee that every device, operating-system backup, export, or restore operation will always succeed. Keep important copies in a location you trust.
4. Exports and backup files
Export and backup features are provided for personal archiving. SaldoSehat backup files use the .saldosehat format. Files created outside the app become your responsibility after they are saved or shared.
Do not share exports, backups, or screenshots containing sensitive financial information unless you understand and accept the risks.
5. Free version and advertisements
The free version of SaldoSehat may show banner advertisements on supported main navigation screens and may offer optional rewarded advertisements. Ads are provided through third-party advertising services and may not always be available.
You must not intentionally generate invalid ad activity, repeatedly interact with ads for improper purposes, automate ad interactions, or encourage others to do so.
6. Rewarded usage credits
A completed rewarded advertisement may add five internal usage credits. These credits can be used for selected free features, including Custom Category for income, Custom Category for expenses, Custom Date Range on the Home screen, and Excel-compatible data export.
Each successful use of one listed feature deducts one usage credit. No credit is deducted when an action is cancelled or fails. The numerical balance is not displayed to the user, does not reset daily, and may be lost if the app is uninstalled, app data is cleared, or the device is replaced.
Reward availability depends on the advertising service, network availability, device compatibility, region, consent status, and other technical conditions. SaldoSehat does not guarantee that a rewarded advertisement will always be available.
7. Premium Lifetime purchase
SaldoSehat may offer a one-time Premium Lifetime product through Google Play Billing. While the entitlement is active, Premium is intended to remove SaldoSehat advertisements and provide unlimited access to Custom Category, Custom Date Range, and Excel export.
Product availability, localized price, taxes, payment methods, purchase approval, refunds, chargebacks, and account eligibility are handled by Google Play and may vary by country or region. Prices shown in the app or Play Store may change before purchase.
Premium access may be restored through Google Play using the same eligible Google account. Access may be suspended or removed if a purchase is cancelled, refunded, reversed, found to be invalid, or otherwise no longer recognized by Google Play.
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the purchased product and the continued availability of the app and supported platform, not the lifetime of an individual person or a guarantee that every feature or service will remain unchanged forever.
8. Ask
Ask may provide template-based explanations or summaries using data available in the app. Its responses are general information and record-reading assistance, not official financial, tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use SaldoSehat for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
- attempt to bypass purchase, advertising, usage-credit, or security controls;
- reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or exploit the app except where applicable law permits;
- interfere with the app, Google Play Billing, advertising services, or other users; or
- use automated tools to generate artificial purchases, rewards, clicks, impressions, or traffic.
10. Availability and changes
Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or removed to improve the app, maintain security, comply with legal or platform requirements, or address operational needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or Android version.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
SaldoSehat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee any financial result, the accuracy of information you enter, uninterrupted operation, or the absence of every error.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Max-Q is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate records, user decisions, device failure, deleted data, failed backups, unavailable ads, unavailable purchases, third-party services, or unauthorized access caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. Privacy
Use of SaldoSehat is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains local data handling, advertising, privacy choices, rewarded usage, and purchase records.
13. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect feature changes, security needs, legal requirements, platform policies, or operational changes. The "Last updated" date will be revised when material changes are published.
