Privacy Policy
SaldoSehat is a local-first personal finance application developed by Max-Q. It helps users record and review income, expenses, wallets, savings targets, budgets, loans, receivables, reports, exports, and related personal finance data.
Most SaldoSehat data is stored locally on your device. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled by the app, how advertising and purchases work, and what choices are available to you.
1. Information you enter
SaldoSehat may store information that you enter into the app, including transaction amounts, dates, wallet names, categories, custom categories, savings targets, budget information, loan and receivable notes, due dates, and other notes that you create.
This information is intended for your own personal finance records. SaldoSehat does not require you to create an online account to use its main local features.
2. Local storage and on-device processing
Main app data is stored locally on your device. Local records may include your finance entries, preferences, notification settings, hidden feature-usage credits, and local records needed to maintain Premium access status.
If the app is uninstalled, app data is cleared, or the device is lost or damaged, locally stored data may be lost unless you created and retained a separate export or backup. Device backups may behave differently depending on your operating-system and device settings.
3. Exports and backups
SaldoSehat may allow you to export data, including to Excel-compatible files, and may provide backup and restore features. SaldoSehat backup files use the .saldosehat format.
After an export or backup file is created outside the app, you are responsible for protecting it, choosing where it is stored, and deciding whether to share it. Do not share exports, backups, or screenshots that contain sensitive financial information with anyone you do not trust.
4. Advertising and Google AdMob
The free version of SaldoSehat may display banner advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Google advertising services may process technical and advertising-related information, such as device or app identifiers, IP address, device and operating-system information, advertising interactions, diagnostics, and other information required to deliver, secure, measure, or personalize ads, depending on your region, device settings, and privacy choices.
SaldoSehat is designed not to send your transaction amounts, wallet names, category names, loan notes, receivable notes, reports, exported files, backup files, or other personal finance records to AdMob for advertising purposes.
5. Advertising consent and privacy choices
Where required, SaldoSehat uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request or record advertising privacy choices before requesting advertisements.
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland may be asked to consent to advertising purposes or manage their choices. Users in supported United States jurisdictions may be offered applicable opt-out choices.
When required by the advertising privacy system, SaldoSehat will provide a Privacy Options entry in the app so you can review or change available advertising choices. Declining personalized advertising does not prevent access to the app's main local finance features. Ads may still be shown in a form allowed by your choices and applicable requirements.
6. Rewarded advertisements and limited feature usage
Free users may voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement to unlock five additional uses of selected features. The internal usage balance does not reset daily and is not displayed as a numerical balance to the user.
One usage is deducted only after one of the following actions completes successfully:
- using a Custom Category for income;
- using a Custom Category for expenses;
- applying a Custom Date Range on the Home screen; or
- successfully exporting data to an Excel-compatible file.
No usage is deducted when an action is cancelled or fails. Rewarded usage is added only after the advertising SDK confirms that the reward has been earned. Local usage records may include an internal balance and event history used to prevent duplicate rewards or duplicate deductions.
Local rewarded usage credits may be lost if the app is uninstalled, app data is cleared, or the device is replaced.
7. Premium Lifetime and Google Play Billing
SaldoSehat may offer an optional one-time Premium Lifetime purchase through Google Play Billing. Premium Lifetime is intended to remove ads and provide unlimited access to Custom Category features, Custom Date Range, and Excel export while the entitlement is active.
Google Play processes the payment transaction. SaldoSehat may receive and store information required to determine purchase status and restore Premium access, such as the product identifier, purchase state, acknowledgement status, purchase time, and a purchase-token reference or hash.
Max-Q does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Payment information is handled by Google Play according to Google's own terms and privacy practices. A valid Premium purchase may be restored through Google Play when you use the same eligible Google account.
8. Notifications
SaldoSehat may use local notifications for activity reminders, due-date reminders, savings-target reminders, or similar app functions. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings and may be able to use more private notification wording through the app settings.
When notification details are hidden, SaldoSehat uses generic reminder text. When details are not hidden, reminders may be more informative, but the app should avoid displaying money amounts in notification titles or bodies.
9. Ask
Ask provides template-based assistance and may use data available inside the app to help you read summaries. Ask is not an official financial advisor and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Unless a future feature clearly states otherwise and requests appropriate permission, the local finance records described in this policy are not intended to be sent to an external AI service.
10. Third-party services
Depending on the version and features enabled, SaldoSehat may use:
- Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads services for advertisements;
- Google User Messaging Platform for advertising privacy choices; and
- Google Play Billing for the Premium Lifetime purchase.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies and terms. Max-Q does not control the independent data practices of those providers.
11. Data retention and deletion
Main finance data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data, or uninstall SaldoSehat. Available in-app deletion controls can be used to remove individual records or other supported data.
Exported or backed-up files stored outside the app are not automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled. You are responsible for deleting copies stored in device folders, external storage, cloud storage, or other third-party services.
Advertising choices and purchase records handled by Google may be retained according to Google's policies and applicable legal requirements.
12. Security
We aim to keep SaldoSehat simple and safe to use, but no storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, app access, export files, backup files, screenshots, Google account, and any copies of your data.
13. Children
SaldoSehat is a personal finance utility for general users and is not designed or directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal financial information through an online account.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to features, third-party services, security practices, legal requirements, or platform policies. The "Last updated" date will be revised when material changes are published.
15. Contact
