Terms and Conditions
By downloading, installing or playing Blend In!, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. The game
Blend In! is a hide-and-seek game made by Max-Q Studio. It offers a story mode, rounds against bots, Wi-Fi multiplayer, a shop with cosmetic items, an optional account and optional purchases. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.
2. Accounts
You can play without an account. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for your Google account and your device. An account is active on one phone at a time; another phone signed in to the same account stops saving until you choose to use the account there. Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive; we may change or remove such usernames.
3. Coins and items
Coins are virtual game currency. They can be earned by playing, finishing story missions, watching rewarded videos, through Premium, or bought with real money. Coins and items:
- only change how your character, weapon and paint look; they give no advantage in a round;
- have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to other players;
- are a licence to use content in the game, not property you own.
4. Purchases and Premium
Coin packs and the monthly Premium subscription are sold through Google Play and require a signed-in account. Prices are shown in Google Play in your currency. Premium gives coins when you subscribe and daily coins to claim while it is active; it renews automatically each month until you cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies and applicable consumer law. Coins already used to buy items are not refunded.
5. Rewarded videos
You may watch a limited number of rewarded videos per day for free coins. Coins are given only when the video is completed. Videos are provided by Google AdMob and their content is the advertiser's responsibility.
6. Fair play
You agree not to:
- modify, hack, decompile or tamper with the game, its files or its save data;
- use cheats, bots or exploits to gain coins, items or progress;
- abuse purchases, refunds or rewarded videos;
- use the game or usernames to harass, threaten or impersonate other people.
We may remove coins or items obtained unfairly, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the game or by email (how to delete). Deleting is permanent: coins, items, story progress and your username are lost and cannot be restored, including anything bought with real money.
8. Intellectual property
The game, its characters, story, art, music, sounds and code belong to Max-Q Studio. You may share screenshots and videos of your play for non-commercial purposes; other uses need our written permission.
9. Availability and disclaimer
The game is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device. To the extent permitted by law, Max-Q Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data on your device. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the game changes. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version; continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without limiting consumer rights in your own country.
