Delete your account and data

You can delete your Blend In! account at any time. If you only played as a guest, there is no account: uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes everything.

Option 1: in the game (fastest)

Open Blend In! and tap your profile in the top-left corner.
Tap Delete account, then tap it again to confirm.
Type the sentence shown (CONFIRM TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT followed by your email) and wait for the 10-second countdown.
Pick your Google account once more to confirm it is you. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: by email

If you can no longer open the game, email blendin.support@maxqstudio.dev from the email address of the Google account you used, with the subject "Blend In! account deletion request" and your username if you remember it. We may ask you to confirm the request from that email address, and we complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in (Firebase account linked to your Google account);
Your game save: coins, owned and equipped items, story progress, Premium status;
Your username (it becomes free for others) and your device list.

What is kept

Records of purchases (product, Google Play purchase and order ID, time) are kept for as long as needed for billing, refunds, fraud prevention and legal obligations, without your game save. Google keeps its own records of payments and ad choices under its policies. Deletion is permanent: coins and items, including ones bought with money, cannot be restored.

A Premium subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) to stop future charges.
